No Refund Policy
CypherSOL products are digital software licences. Once payment is completed and a licence, invoice, download, portal access, or activation path is issued, the order is treated as delivered and consumed.
The Customer must pay the Charges by debit card, credit card, direct debit, bank transfer, UPI, or by using such payment details as are notified by the Provider to the Customer from time to time. The payments shall be made in the official bank account of the Provider only.
Payment Terms:
1) The company charges and collects fees in advance for the usage of its software and services. All completed payments are non-refundable.
2) CypherSOL does not provide customer self-serve refunds, prorated refunds, unused-term credits, partial-month credits, or money-back cancellation flows.
3) Access changes, licence corrections, duplicate-payment review, failed fulfilment repair, or exceptional founder-approved remedies are handled by support and do not create a general refund entitlement.
M/s CypherSOL Fintech India Private Limited may suspend, decline, annul, or revoke access where required for policy, fraud, payment, misuse, or operational reasons. Such action does not imply any refund, credit, or compensation unless the company separately records a founder-approved exception.
Customers who believe an order was duplicated, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise needs review should contact support from the registered email address.
