M/s CypherSOL Fintech India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") delivers all products and services entirely in electronic form. CypherSOL is an online software product — the Customer will not receive any physical shipment, and no courier, postal, or freight service is involved in order fulfilment.
CypherSOL is an online software platform. Every product offered by the Provider — including licensed desktop software and online SaaS subscriptions — is delivered electronically to the email address and Portal account supplied by the Customer during checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
Depending on the product purchased, the Customer will receive one or more of the following upon successful payment:
1) A license key delivered to the registered email address.
2) A download link for the Windows installer (.exe) for offline desktop products, namely CypherEdge, CypherTrace, CypherZen, and CypherVista.
3) A tax invoice (PDF) issued in the name of the Customer or the Customer's organisation.
4) Portal access credentials for online SaaS products, enabling the Customer to sign in to the CypherSOL Portal and consume the service.
Delivery is instant. Upon successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway, the Customer will receive their license key, download link, invoice, and/or Portal credentials within minutes of completing the transaction. No manual processing or waiting period is involved.
As CypherSOL is an online software product with no physical shipment, no shipping, handling, or delivery charges are levied on any order. All delivery is digital and included in the product price.
If the Customer does not receive the license key, download link, invoice, or Portal credentials after a successful payment, the Customer may:
1) Sign in to the CypherSOL Portal to re-download the installer and retrieve the license key associated with the account.
2) Write to support@cyphersol.co.in from the registered email address. The Provider will respond within forty-eight (48) working hours.
As all CypherSOL products are digital in nature, exchanges are not applicable. Once a license key is issued or Portal access is granted, the product is deemed delivered and consumed. Customers seeking support in respect of a completed order are directed to the No Refund Policy, which governs completed payments and support review.
At present, M/s CypherSOL Fintech India Private Limited offers its products and services exclusively within India. International orders are not accepted at this time. The Provider may extend availability to international customers in the future, at which point this policy will be updated accordingly.
